1. About Ninunulie
Ninunulie is an e-commerce platform that enables customers to order products from suppliers in China. Ninunulie acts as a facilitator between customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and payment service providers. We do not manufacture or own the products listed on the Platform.
2. Eligibility to Use the Platform
To use Ninunulie, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or
Have consent from a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18
By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Product Information and Availability
Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided based on information from suppliers.
We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all product details are error-free.
Product availability may change without notice.
Ninunulie reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation or order acceptance, depending on the selected payment option.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed exclusively by AzamPay, a third-party payment service provider.
Ninunulie does not store or process payment card, mobile money, or banking details.
Payment processing is subject to AzamPay’s own Terms and Privacy Policy.
Ninunulie only receives payment confirmation and transaction references from AzamPay, not payment details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, customs clearance, and logistics factors.
Ninunulie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Ninunulie is not liable for delays or additional costs related to customs clearance.
9. Order Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing an order.
Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies, order status, and the logistics stage of the order.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via AzamPay.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees may be non-refundable.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to supplier policies and product type.
Certain items, including customized or special-order products, may not be eligible for return.
Customers must contact Ninunulie support before returning any item.
11. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s operation or security
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Ninunulie or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Ninunulie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, including payment processing by AzamPay and delivery providers
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ninunulie harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Privacy
Your use of Ninunulie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, including applicable laws of Zanzibar.
